Black & White TV Universe :Part 1

You know how some people believe in the theory of having an alternate dimension or universe. Or even that there someone else working around the earth that looks and talks like you. Well I believe that theory lives in the TV story-world universe.

My ultimate two favorite shows are "Sex And The City"(HBO/1998-2004) and "Girlfriends" (UPN/CW2000-2008). The dynamic of these two shows centered around four career-oriented women living in a metropolitan city balancing work, friendships, and love.

Each show had a lot of laughs, similar-life-relating situations, and many lessons along the way. To celebrate the March which is "Women in History" month, were going to take a look back at the women in TV history.

Here's a few of my favorite clips from the shows:

"Sex And The City" (Season 5: Ep 7 "The Post-It Always Sticks Twice")

-We all can empathize with Carrie remembering a really bad break-up. 

"Girlfriends" (Season 1 Ep 20 "The Burning Vagina Monologues")

-Joan was always desperately looking for "the one" and sometimes in all the wrong places. In this episode she is dating Sean a reform sex-addict where she is waiting for him to say "I love you."
